A Solar Vehicle Over Height Warning System is a safety solution designed to alert drivers of oversized vehicles before they reach a low-clearance structure. It uses infrared beams and a visual LED warning display to provide a clear, animated alert, helping prevent collisions and property dam
The system projects a high-powered infrared beam across the roadway ahead of the height restriction. When an oversized vehicle breaks the beam, the visual warning display becomes animated, alerting the driver in time to stop and avoid impact. All components are solar-powered and wirelessly connected for easy installation.
It is ideal for areas with low-clearance hazards such as tunnels, bridges, loading docks, and warehouse entrances. The system can be mounted on galvanized steel columns and adjusted to the required height for maximum effectiveness.

We live in a gated lifestyle resort of 375 residents, we have narrow roadways and no foot paths so it’s a shared pedestrian/vehicle environment.
